We stand behind all the products we manufacture and offer our exclusive IllumiShield Customer Warranty on every product; in every order. Each product is subject to rigorous quality control inspections before shipment. It is this process and our customer service that distinguishes our company from our competitors worldwide.

This warranty guarantee is for Airport Lighting Company products and is in effect against mechanical, electrical or physical defects for one year from the date of installation or two years from the date of shipment from our plant. All LED products have a four-year warranty in accordance with US FAA requirements on the LED and LED Components. This guarantee applies to all products that were installed and used in accordance with factory, FAA and ICAO recommendations and have not been damage due to negligence or force majeure. Our Operational Guidelines

Airport Lighting Company is committed to global environmental sustainability and operates with conservation and preservation of natural resources as one of our primary guiding principles.

This guiding principle directs us in every facet of product development and product delivery. An example of is our product production and finishing process which eliminates the need for heavy metals and solvents. Further, our packaging is designed to produce a minimum of field waste and materials that might create hazards on airfields during construction are not used.

Quality and Testing

We serve a market where product performance is a safety issue on airfields. To meet those safety requirements and insure the high quality and performance our products meet the standards set out by the FAA and ICAO, and at ETL certified through third party testing. Before shipment, each product is put through a multi-step quality control process which includes hours of testing before any label of certification is placed on the product. This process will insure the installer and the end user of the highest level of product performance and a reduced concern of reliability.
